Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the FlarePurge application ("the App"), developed and published by Color Vivo Internet, SL ("we"), a Spanish company with registered office in Madrid, Spain. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. License

FlarePurge is distributed free of charge through the Apple App Store. We grant you a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on any Apple device you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. What the App does

FlarePurge is a client application that uses the public Cloudflare API, on your behalf and with credentials you supply, to list zones associated with your Cloudflare account and to request cache purges. We are not Cloudflare and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Cloudflare, Inc. "Cloudflare" is a trademark of Cloudflare, Inc.

3. Your Cloudflare account

To use FlarePurge you must provide a Cloudflare API token issued by you. You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your Cloudflare credentials secure.
  • Choosing the scope and permissions of the tokens you create.
  • All operations performed with those tokens, including any side-effects on traffic, cache hit ratio, origin load or service availability.

4. Destructive operations

The App exposes functionality that can affect large numbers of URLs, zones or accounts at once — in particular, bulk purge and full account purge. Triggering these operations may cause temporary spikes in traffic to your origin servers, elevated error rates, cost changes on your Cloudflare plan, or visible impact on the end users of your websites.

Before confirming any destructive operation, the App shows you exactly what will happen and requires explicit confirmation. You are responsible for the consequences of confirming those operations.

5. "As is" — no warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Color Vivo Internet, SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App — including, without limitation, damages resulting from Cloudflare API rate limits, incorrect purges, downtime of your websites, or any interaction between the App and the Cloudflare service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws, including mandatory provisions of Spanish and European Union law.

7. Third-party services

Using the App requires a working Cloudflare account, which is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. The App is distributed through Apple's App Store, which is governed by Apple's terms. We are not responsible for the availability, terms or privacy practices of those third parties.

8. Updates

We may release updates to the App. Updates are distributed through the Apple App Store. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. Because the App stores your data only on your device and in your own iCloud, discontinuation of the App does not affect your access to your own data.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant change will be reflected on this page together with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from the use of the App will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to the mandatory rights consumers may have under the law of their habitual residence in the European Union.
